This farm restaurant highlights “vegetables as the main dish,” using produce freshly harvested from our own farm and other Awaji Island growers.
By maximizing the inherent umami and appeal of vegetables, we deliver refined dishes where vegetables take center stage, alongside Awaji Island’s freshest ingredients.

In a healing space surrounded by rich nature,
we prepare healthy, vegetable-focused dishes that fully enhance the natural flavors of vegetables from our own Awaji Island farm and carefully selected ingredients from nearby farmers.


Environmentally Friendly Traditional Restaurant
The architecture was designed by world-renowned architect Shigeru Ban, recipient of the Pritzker Prize.
It is a sustainable structure harmonizing with nature, featuring wood, paper tubes, and a thatched roof.
During lunchtime, you can enjoy a relaxing time with live performances by musicians.
